Technical Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical operations for clients and coordinate all technical issues related to online campaign launching and running
• Support technical integration between the platform and client's e-commerce systems
• Monitor, analyze, and propose optimization solutions for online campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing
• Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, Python) or systems integration via API
• Familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., Google Chrome DevTools) and Google Tag Manager
• Experience with Google Analytics 4; knowledge of MMP is a plus
• Fluency in English
