Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, providing strategic and operational technical guidance to customers
- Drive customer revenue growth, retention, and satisfaction through proactive support and advocacy
- Collaborate with internal teams to influence product features and maintain customer success
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in managing enterprise portfolios or client consulting
- Experience with eCommerce consulting, APIs, and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of online marketing principles including SEO, Paid Search, and Email Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Experience with the BigCommerce product is a plus
