Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business, providing strategic and operational technical guidance to customers
  • Drive customer revenue growth, retention, and satisfaction through proactive support and advocacy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence product features and maintain customer success
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in managing enterprise portfolios or client consulting
  • Experience with eCommerce consulting, APIs, and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of online marketing principles including SEO, Paid Search, and Email Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with the BigCommerce product is a plus
