Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Northeast).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding them through deployment and operationalization of the platform
- Drive customer adoption and satisfaction by developing success plans and tracking progress towards business goals
- Manage a book of business, identifying opportunities for expansion and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, preferably in cloud/cloud-security
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture, ideally with a CSP certification
- Proven track record of managing a book of business with enterprise clients
- Familiarity with cloud-security best practices and associated technologies
