Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Northeast).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding them through deployment and operationalization of the platform
  • Drive customer adoption and satisfaction by developing success plans and tracking progress towards business goals
  • Manage a book of business, identifying opportunities for expansion and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, preferably in cloud/cloud-security
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture, ideally with a CSP certification
  • Proven track record of managing a book of business with enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with cloud-security best practices and associated technologies
