Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a designated client portfolio, acting as a trusted expert
- Analyze and assess the impact of new features and configurations based on customer needs
- Generate performance reports and implement remedial actions for proactive maintenance
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technical field or related business discipline
- Experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases
- Strong technical data skills, including experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to empathize with customers and adapt to evolving processes
