Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a designated client portfolio while acting as a trusted expert
• Analyze customer needs and configure solutions based on their requirements
• Generate performance reports and assist in troubleshooting technical issues

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technical field or related business discipline
• Experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases
• Strong technical data skills, including proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to empathize with customers and adapt to evolving processes
