Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a designated client portfolio while developing strong relationships
- Analyze usage data and metrics to identify remedial actions and assist in configuring solutions based on customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and participate in Success Planning Workshops to drive Customer Success initiatives
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technical field or related business discipline
- Prior experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases
- Strong technical data skills, including experience with SQL and data manipulation
- Ability to empathize with customers and adapt to evolving processes
