Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to guide customers in implementing solutions and enhance client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer success teams with pilots, deployments, renewals, and expansion programs
- Manage projects related to account and program management to improve customer satisfaction
- Coordinate technology deployments globally and facilitate communication between customers and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Account Management or Customer Success Management experience in Electronics Manufacturing or SaaS
- Experience with Project Management methodologies
- Technical experience with Python, database queries, and API usage
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience analyzing and drawing conclusions from larger data sets
