Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to guide customers in implementing solutions and enhance client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer success teams with pilots, deployments, renewals, and expansion programs
  • Manage projects related to account and program management to improve customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate technology deployments globally and facilitate communication between customers and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of Account Management or Customer Success Management experience in Electronics Manufacturing or SaaS
  • Experience with Project Management methodologies
  • Technical experience with Python, database queries, and API usage
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience analyzing and drawing conclusions from larger data sets
