Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage the technical relationship with clients and ensure successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to align technical programs with business goals and best practices
- Monitor the health of technical programs and proactively address potential issues
- Drive adoption of solutions and services while identifying additional opportunities for clients
Required Qualifications
- 18-24 months in a client-facing role, preferably in technical account management
- Experience in technical consulting or project management, with a preference for account management experience
- General knowledge of web technology, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools
- Ability to match technical tasks to business objectives effectively
