Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage the technical relationship with clients and ensure successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to align technical programs with business goals and best practices
  • Monitor the health of technical programs and proactively address potential issues
  • Drive adoption of solutions and services while identifying additional opportunities for clients
Required Qualifications
  • 18-24 months in a client-facing role, preferably in technical account management
  • Experience in technical consulting or project management, with a preference for account management experience
  • General knowledge of web technology, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools
  • Ability to match technical tasks to business objectives effectively
