Job Summary

Technical Account Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for serving as a technical contact for customers, participating in onboarding processes, and managing renewal risks while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical contact and support customer inquiries and escalations
  • Conduct quarterly health checks and business reviews with customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to manage renewal risks and ensure successful product renewals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Windows Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security infrastructures
  • 3+ years of Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management experience in a SaaS organization (preferred)
