Job Summary

Technical Account Manager, responsible for building strategic customer relationships, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of the platform, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the sales team post-sale, supporting account continuity
  • Lead the technical deployment of the platform, ensuring smooth onboarding and capability deployment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing issues and maintaining customer experience quality
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS, with experience in Technical Account Management or similar
  • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), cybersecurity, or DevOps
  • Experience leading technical projects and managing cloud deployments
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to business goals
  • Relevant certifications in cloud or security (preferred)
