Job Summary
Technical Account Manager, responsible for managing post-sales technical relationships for enterprise accounts, ensuring customer success through security validation and risk reduction strategies in a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own post-sales technical relationships and lead security validation workshops for strategic accounts
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and partner with Sales for expansion opportunities
- Deliver platform demonstrations and produce strategic outputs for customer engagement and risk assessment
Required Qualifications
- Experience in security validation and risk reduction with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Strong technical knowledge across network and endpoint security, cloud environments, and API integrations
- Proven ability to engage with C-suite and senior security leadership effectively
- Customer success-oriented mindset, prioritizing retention and program maturity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing detailed technical and strategic documents
