Job Summary

Technical Account Manager, oversees customers' technical needs within the Microsoft tech stack remotely, ensuring client satisfaction and driving customer-centric improvements in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by resolving technical issues and acting as a customer advocate
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and develop strategic roadmaps for managing Microsoft technologies
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to discuss performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1+ years of experience in an Enterprise support environment with knowledge of Microsoft trends
  • Experience with Windows Server, Win10, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and other Microsoft technologies
  • Experience in customer reporting and analysis against KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or business preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
