Job Summary
Technical Account Manager, a full-time position responsible for managing enterprise customer relationships, ensuring their success with AI infrastructure, and driving technical and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, focusing on adoption, retention, and expansion
- Understand customer workloads and partner with engineering teams on performance and capacity planning
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on renewals and growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related roles in infrastructure or AI/ML companies
- Strong technical fluency in infrastructure architecture and performance metrics
- Understanding of Customer Success as a revenue function with the ability to drive expansion
- High ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AI-native tools and automation to enhance efficiency
