Job Summary

Technical Account Manager is a full-time, permanent position responsible for overseeing and addressing customers' technical needs, providing support throughout pre-sales and post-sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for customers during pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Train customers on product usage and gather feedback for product development
  • Analyze customer needs and collaborate with the sales department to enhance business opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies
  • Strong technical expertise in email (SMTP/MTA) and data analysis
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development
