Job Summary
Technical Account Manager is a full-time, permanent position responsible for overseeing and addressing customers' technical needs, providing support throughout pre-sales and post-sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for customers during pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Train customers on product usage and gather feedback for product development
- Analyze customer needs and collaborate with the sales department to enhance business opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies
- Strong technical expertise in email (SMTP/MTA) and data analysis
- BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- Familiarity with software and front-end development
