Job Summary

Technical Account Manager, responsible for maximizing the value of an e-commerce platform for clients by providing operational and strategic guidance in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Increase customer adoption of platform capabilities through regular business reviews and operational recommendations
  • Proactively monitor customer health indicators and manage escalations to resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Strong technical acumen in e-commerce workflows and software configurations
  • Experience in e-commerce operations, fulfilment, or logistics
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at various levels within customer organizations
  • Experience in a Technical Account Management or Customer Success role
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
