Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Technical Account Manager, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Payscale's solutions through effective relationship management, technical support, and account strategy development.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries
- Provide expert guidance on product capabilities and assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify upsell opportunities and develop account plans that drive customer value
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Compensation, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or technical customer experience roles
- 3+ years in a human resources or compensation professional role, preferably within the SaaS or compensation industry
- Strong technical background with expertise in compensation data and HCM systems
- Experience with CRM and support ticketing systems, such as Salesforce
