Job Summary
Serving as the primary liaison between the Information Technology team and clients, the full-time Technical Account Manager will manage client inquiries, monitor service requests, and conduct regular status meetings to ensure effective communication and successful delivery of technology solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for all client-related inquiries within the IT organization
- Monitor client requests and service tickets from initiation to outcome, escalating as needed
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients and business partners to report on progress and challenges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in product management, project management, and client success roles
- Experience working with internal and external clients to define business and technical needs
- Experience in healthcare and information technology fields is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in a business context
