Job Summary

Supporting onboarding and configuration efforts for new clients, the full-time Technical Account Manager will assist with client accounts, provide technical support, and ensure workflows align with business goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and configuration for new clients, collaborating with Technical Account Managers to tailor workflows
  • Provide guidance and technical support to clients, helping them maximize their platform usage
  • Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements while serving as a proactive liaison between clients and internal teams
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years in a client-facing technical support or service role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in project management or coordination, with effective timeline management skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new technologies
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
