Job Summary

Building trusted relationships with clients, the full-time Technical Account Manager will enhance customer satisfaction and retention by providing strategic guidance and operational recommendations to optimize the use of Sellercloud's ecommerce platform in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring effective utilization of Sellercloud's IMS/OMS capabilities
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align platform usage with customer goals and operational priorities
  • Proactively monitor customer health indicators and manage escalations to resolution
Required qualifications
  • Strong technical acumen in ecommerce workflows and software configurations
  • Experience in ecommerce operations, fulfilment, logistics, or related environments
  • Proven customer relationship management skills at both operational and executive levels
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
  • Analytical mindset to interpret customer data and operational trends
