Job Summary

To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will ensure customer satisfaction, manage sensitive investigations, and facilitate communication between technical teams and clients in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts
  • Expand and develop client relationships, serving as the primary contact for strategic customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes and resolve complex issues
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in AdTech, with a strong preference for programmatic advertising expertise
  • Proven ability to manage customer-facing escalations and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive conclusions
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical findings to customers
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity, with familiarity in analytics and reporting platforms considered a plus
