Job Summary

To support strategic partners across the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will manage customer relationships, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction while navigating ad fraud challenges remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts
  • Expand and develop client relationships by being the primary focal point for customers and maintaining deep-level partnerships
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear communication for customers and lead customer-facing presentations
Required qualifications
  • Prior AdTech experience is required, with a strong preference for direct programmatic advertising experience
  • Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to review data and identify trends
  • Experience managing customer-facing escalations and multiple projects across various stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently present findings and strategic recommendations
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity; familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms is a plus
