Job Summary

To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction and retention, and navigate complex technical issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts
  • Expand client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and building deep partnerships
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear communication for customers and manage escalations effectively
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in AdTech, with a strong preference for programmatic advertising experience
  • Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive conclusions
  • Experience managing customer-facing escalations and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in highly technical and evolving environments
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate findings and strategic recommendations effectively
