Job Summary
Managing strategic partnerships, the full-time Technical Account Manager will work in a hybrid environment to ensure customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and translate complex technical findings into clear communication for clients in the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts
- Expand and develop client relationships as the primary focal point for strategic customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes and resolve complex issues
Required qualifications
- Prior AdTech experience is required, with a strong preference for direct programmatic advertising experience
- Experience managing customer-facing escalations and multiple projects across various stakeholders
- Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to review data and identify trends
- Comfortable operating in highly technical and evolving environments
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms such as SQL or similar tools is a plus
