Job Summary

To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will manage customer relationships, address invalid traffic concerns, and provide technical support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining deep-level partnerships with assigned accounts
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear communication for customers and lead customer-facing presentations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes and resolve complex issues while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in AdTech, with a strong preference for direct programmatic advertising experience
  • Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive conclusions
  • Experience managing customer-facing escalations and strategic initiatives across various stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms are a plus
