Job Summary
To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will manage customer relationships, address invalid traffic concerns, and provide technical support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining deep-level partnerships with assigned accounts
- Translate complex technical findings into clear communication for customers and lead customer-facing presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes and resolve complex issues while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in AdTech, with a strong preference for direct programmatic advertising experience
- Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive conclusions
- Experience managing customer-facing escalations and strategic initiatives across various stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms are a plus
