Job Summary

To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will maximize customer protection, investigate invalid traffic concerns, and facilitate effective communication between technical teams and clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts
  • Expand client relationships by serving as the primary contact and building deep partnerships with strategic customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes and resolve complex issues while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in AdTech, with a strong preference for direct programmatic advertising experience
  • Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to review data and identify trends
  • Experience managing customer-facing escalations and strategic initiatives across various stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations to customers
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity, with familiarity in analytics and reporting platforms considered a plus
