Job Summary
To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will manage customer relationships, address invalid traffic concerns, and facilitate communication between technical teams and clients while operating in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by managing assigned accounts and building deep-level partnerships
- Provide exceptional support and serve as a point of escalation for sensitive customer issues
- Translate complex technical findings into clear communication for customers and lead customer-facing presentations
Required qualifications
- Prior AdTech experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates with direct programmatic advertising experience
- Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and customer-facing escalations
- Experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as SQL, Looker, or similar tools is a plus
- Highly organized and self-directed, with strong project management and follow-through skills
- Comfortable operating in technical environments where discretion and clear communication are critical
