Job Summary

To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will maximize customer protection, address invalid traffic concerns, and navigate ad fraud challenges while collaborating cross-functionally and managing sensitive investigations remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts
  • Expand client relationships by serving as the primary contact and building deep partnerships
  • Provide exceptional customer support and manage escalations for sensitive issues
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in AdTech, with a strong preference for programmatic advertising experience
  • Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to review data and identify trends
  • Experience managing customer-facing escalations and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear communication for customers
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms such as SQL, Looker, or similar tools is a plus
