Job Summary

Supporting strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction and retention, and address technical inquiries while operating in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts
  • Expand client relationships by serving as the primary contact and building deep partnerships with strategic customers
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear, customer-friendly communication while managing sensitive escalations and initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in AdTech, with a strong preference for programmatic advertising experience
  • Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to review data and identify trends
  • Experience managing customer-facing escalations and multiple projects across various stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills to confidently communicate findings and strategic recommendations
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity, with familiarity in analytics and reporting platforms considered a plus
