Job Summary

To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and translate complex technical findings into customer-friendly communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts
  • Expand and develop client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes and resolve complex issues
Required qualifications
  • Prior AdTech experience is required, with a strong preference for direct programmatic advertising experience
  • Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to review data and identify trends
  • Experience managing customer-facing escalations and multiple projects across various stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in highly technical and evolving environments
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently communicate findings and strategic recommendations
