Job Summary
To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction and retention, and navigate complex technical issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts
- Expand client relationships by serving as the primary contact and building deep-level partnerships
- Translate complex technical findings into clear communication for customers and manage escalations for sensitive issues
Required qualifications
- Prior AdTech experience is required, with a strong preference for direct programmatic advertising experience
- Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to review data and identify trends
- Experience managing customer-facing escalations and multiple projects across various stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills to confidently present findings and insights
- Technical aptitude and curiosity; familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms is a plus
