Job Summary

To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will manage customer relationships, investigate invalid traffic concerns, and facilitate effective communication of complex technical information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention across assigned accounts by building and maintaining deep-level partnerships
  • Provide exceptional customer support and serve as a point of escalation for sensitive issues, collaborating cross-functionally to drive outcomes
  • Educate customers on products through training sessions and presentations, while managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in AdTech, with a strong preference for candidates with programmatic advertising experience
  • Strong investigative and analytical mindset, capable of reviewing data and identifying trends
  • Experience managing customer-facing escalations and strategic initiatives across various stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to customers clearly
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity, with familiarity in analytics and reporting platforms considered a plus
