Job Summary

To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will maximize customer protection, investigate invalid traffic concerns, and facilitate the navigation of ad fraud challenges while working closely with clients in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts
  • Expand and develop client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for strategic customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes and translate complex technical findings into clear communication
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in AdTech, with a strong preference for candidates with programmatic advertising experience
  • Ability to manage customer-facing escalations and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong investigative and analytical mindset with experience in data review and trend identification
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying insights and strategic recommendations to customers
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with analytics platforms such as SQL or similar tools is a plus
