Job Summary
To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction and retention, and provide technical support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts
- Expand and develop client relationships, serving as the primary contact for strategic customers
- Translate complex technical findings into clear communication for customers and lead customer-facing presentations
Required qualifications
- Prior AdTech experience is required, with a strong preference for direct programmatic advertising experience
- Experience managing customer-facing escalations and multiple projects across various stakeholders
- Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to review data and identify trends
- Comfortable operating in highly technical environments and translating complex information effectively
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present findings to customers
