Job Summary

Managing key aspects of post-sales network delivery, the full-time Technical Account Manager will oversee circuit and cable inventory, ensure accurate close-out documentation, and facilitate technical alignment between network infrastructure and customer requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update customer account plans, ensuring timely resolution of account issues and documenting customer engagement
  • Manage circuit and cable inventory records, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy
  • Provide technical support during implementation, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage customer-requested design changes post-sales
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Minimum of five years' experience in project or program management, engineering, or design
  • Experience with telecom circuit design, fiber infrastructure, or network implementation
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., KMZ, Visio) and inventory databases
  • Expert level familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
