Job Summary

To support client success remotely, the Associate Technical Account Manager will oversee customers' technical needs within the Microsoft tech stack, ensuring high levels of satisfaction by resolving issues, building relationships, and advocating for client requirements with technical teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Maximize client satisfaction by quickly resolving technical issues and acting as a customer advocate
  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, managing their Microsoft technology needs and minimizing downtime
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to assess performance, discuss future needs, and identify opportunities for enhanced value
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in an Enterprise support environment with knowledge of Microsoft technologies
  • Experience in producing and analyzing customer reporting against KPIs
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, and other Microsoft products
  • Strong organizational skills and refined oral and written communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or business preferred
