Job Summary
Supporting VIP clients in a full-time remote capacity, the Technical Account Manager will manage incoming support requests, assist with client onboarding, and create educational materials to enhance user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Technical Account Management Intercom pipeline by addressing support calls and emails promptly
- Lead client onboarding meetings and training sessions while facilitating communication in dedicated VIP client Slack channels
- Create how-to videos for the help center and assist with UAT testing of new software releases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Customer service experience with a passion for technology and environmental sustainability
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and perform under pressure
- Enthusiasm for learning GreenSlate software platforms and production accounting basics
- Excellent listening and communication skills
