Job Summary
Managing post-sales network delivery, the full-time Technical Account Manager will oversee circuit and cable inventory, ensure accurate close-out documentation, and facilitate technical alignment between network infrastructure and customer requirements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer account plans, ensuring timely resolution of issues and documentation of customer engagement
- Conduct regular audits of circuit and cable inventory to ensure accuracy and alignment with physical infrastructure
- Provide technical support during implementation, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage customer-requested design changes post-sales
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of five years' project or program management experience, with a focus on engineering and design
- Experience with telecom circuit design, fiber infrastructure, or network implementation
- Proficiency with design tools such as KMZ and Visio, as well as inventory databases
- Expert level familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
