Job Summary

Driving customer engagement and maximizing value realization, the full-time Technical Account Manager will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, provide expert technical support, and ensure customers achieve measurable success with MacroPoint and MyCarrierPortal while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key contacts across assigned accounts
  • Provide expert-level technical support and training to customers, ensuring satisfaction and success with the technology solutions
  • Monitor contract end dates and develop renewal plans while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer relationship management or technical account management
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on value realization and ROI measurement
  • Proficiency in logistics and SaaS best practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
