Job Summary

To maximize customer value realization and adoption, the full-time Technical Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, provide expert technical support, and ensure measurable value from the product suite while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key contacts across assigned accounts
  • Provide expert-level technical support and training to customers, ensuring satisfaction and success with technology solutions
  • Monitor contract end dates, develop renewal plans, and coordinate with Sales for contract renegotiations and expansions
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer relationship management and technical support
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and demonstrate ROI
  • Familiarity with logistics and SaaS best practices
  • Proven ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Self-starter with effective time management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
