Job Summary

To support enterprise clients in maximizing their use of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, the remote Technical Account Manager will nurture strategic relationships, guide operationalization of tools, and ensure successful adoption and integration.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and product adoption
  • Drive technical issue resolution and proactively manage customer concerns
Required qualifications:
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, and AEM
  • Intermediate skills in consultative sales and project management
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client relationships
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology platforms
  • Experience in translating complex business needs into actionable technical roadmaps
