Job Summary

To support enterprise customers using TeamViewer's Digital Employee Experience solution, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will act as a strategic technical advisor, driving platform adoption, optimizing solution performance, and ensuring long-term customer retention and growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise accounts, providing architectural guidance and implementation support
  • Build and execute tailored technical onboarding and adoption plans to enable customers on advanced platform capabilities
  • Monitor platform usage patterns, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven business reviews to showcase value realization
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise on-premise and SaaS deployments
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint technologies and familiarity with ITSM platforms and identity providers
  • Scripting/automation experience and working knowledge of REST APIs
  • Experience with large-scale environments (10,000+ endpoints) is highly desirable
