Job Summary
As a remote Technical Account Manager, the successful candidate will drive customer impact and value realization by managing a portfolio of accounts, delivering measurable business value, and serving as a trusted technical advisor to optimize customer success with the Samsara platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop tailored success plans for customers and track technical ROI to ensure alignment with their business objectives
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, mastering the Samsara platform and troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Lead customer meetings and foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to advocate for customer needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as technical account management or customer success
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Exceptional technical literacy with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and API integrations
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
