Job Summary
Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will support customer success by providing technical guidance, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive technical support throughout the customer lifecycle, from implementation to renewal
- Own and manage technical escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular account reviews and roadmap sessions to communicate product updates and gather feedback
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and user access/security technologies
- Ability to read logs, debug issues, and translate technical problems into business impact
- Proficiency in AI tools and technologies to optimize customer workflows
