Job Summary
Serving as the senior technical partner for a portfolio of enterprise customers, the full-time Technical Account Manager will focus on ensuring technical success through integration health assessments, configuration guidance, and proactive risk management in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, conducting regular technical health reviews
- Lead technical workshops and discussions, guiding customers through complex platform configurations and integrations
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical configurations and track technical health signals across the portfolio
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar role within a SaaS company
- Proven experience managing technical relationships with enterprise-tier accounts
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS platform configurations
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or social media data platforms is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
