Job Summary
As a remote Technical Account Manager focused on mid-market clients, the successful candidate will oversee the customer journey from onboarding to ongoing success, ensuring clients maximize their use of the Hightouch platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and address technical challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Manage retention and expansion efforts for mid-market customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from Hightouch products
- Collaborate with Sales to strategize on increasing platform adoption within large organizations
- Deliver organized onboarding and provide proactive technical guidance, while assisting with technical escalations alongside Customer Support and Engineering
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or technology-focused role combining business experience and technical acumen
- Proven track record in managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first approach
- Strong project management skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies, including SQL, databases, and APIs
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a continuous desire to enhance technical knowledge
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and manage pressure in dynamic environments
