Job Summary

Proactively managing strategic customer accounts, the full-time Technical Account Manager will drive measurable business value through deep freight expertise and technical fluency while supporting complex logistics organizations remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive operational improvements and ROI through strong adoption of 3G TMS and MacroPoint
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders to ensure long-term customer success
  • Identify usage gaps and optimize workflows to increase product adoption and align solutions with customer goals
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions Consulting
  • Strong background in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS environments preferred
  • Experience with TMS platforms and familiarity with APIs, EDI, and system integrations
  • Proven ability to connect technical initiatives to business outcomes
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers in the freight operations sector
