Job Summary

Serving as the main technical point of contact for a dedicated book of business, the full-time Technical Account Manager will troubleshoot campaign performance issues, monitor pacing and delivery, and ensure the functionality of tracking codes, all while working remotely from Brazil.

Key responsibilities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot campaign performance issues, including complex discrepancies and tag drop-offs
  • Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns meet budget and client goals
  • Support knowledge sharing and training within the Technical Account Manager team
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager or Campaign Manager role
  • Hands-on experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk or Google DV360
  • Familiarity with product feeds and data interpretation in Microsoft Excel or data analysis tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics, including configuration and data interpretation
  • Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or Python is a plus
