Job Summary
Fluently speaking both Spanish and Italian, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will provide strategic consulting and technical leadership to drive customer adoption, retention, and services growth for the company's largest accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding complex customers through business and technology transformations
- Facilitate technical solution discussions and decision-making processes, connecting product capabilities to customer goals
- Support organizational change initiatives and develop strategies to enhance user adoption and platform utilization
Required qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and Italian
- Experience in strategic consulting and customer success roles
- Strong understanding of technical architecture and integration patterns
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience with organizational change management and adoption strategies
