Job Summary
Fluently speaking both Spanish and Italian, the full-time remote Technical Account Manager will deliver strategic consulting and technical leadership to large customers, driving adoption, retention, and growth through expert guidance and transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide specialized guidance to empower complex customers in navigating business and technology transformations
- Drive measurable customer outcomes and influence stakeholders to optimize solutions based on demonstrated business value
- Support organizational change initiatives and develop strategies for enhancing user adoption and platform utilization
Required qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and Italian
- Proven experience in strategic consulting and technical leadership
- Strong understanding of organizational change management principles
- Ability to facilitate complex decision-making processes across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience in guiding customers through technically complex decisions and solution design discussions
