Job Summary
As a remote full-time Technical Account Manager, the successful candidate will manage customer relationships, drive adoption of the Wiz platform, and provide strategic and technical guidance throughout the customer journey, ensuring satisfaction and value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through deployment and operationalization of the Wiz platform
- Drive customer adoption and satisfaction by developing success plans and proactively addressing issues and risks
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization, capturing feedback and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, preferably in cloud or cloud-security products
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture, with familiarity in at least one CSP (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI)
- Proven track record of managing a book of business and building relationships with enterprise clients
- Familiarity with cloud-security best practices and technologies, including container technologies and DevOps practices
